Go to this site :http://aspire.cosmic-ray.org/labs/machine/. Play with lever and read the introduction. Then scroll down, at the bottom of the page are three lessons. The first two go with your worksheet. Once you complete your worksheet, and your lessons, bring them to me to be checked. After I check, you can design your Rube Goldberg here.
