And So It Begins...

It's that time of year again. Winter is nearly upon us. We spend much of hour time in the dark, so what better time to study the stars and the space they inhabit? This unit will take us almost through the entire trimester. We will be reviewing the solar system, planetary movements, and gravity (not the movie), but we will also be delving into space exploration and technology, star systems and types, black holes, and a little more astrophysics. It's pretty awesome and some of it might seem above our heads (Get it?), but strap in because we will make it through the journey together.
