Roamin' With Rovers


NASA JPL: Day Two Log

Greetings Baysiders!

Tuesday was an AMAZING day filled with once in a lifetime moments at NASA. I participated in some demonstrations for OCO-2 (a satlpellite launching to measure our CO2 levels) probes, got to play with various rover and satellite parts, and learned about some great apps for our classroom. I even was able to ask a couple of your rover questions during a morning session, but the best was yet to come! 

Later in the day we visited the Mars Yard where I saw Curiosity's earthbound twin, and I went to mission control. Check out the pictures below, since I am still working on that iMovie!
