Today, we will be further exploring magnetism on a site called Explore Learning. This site offers virtual "gizmos" to demonstrate some of the things we are doing in our magnetism labs. There are two lab packets that go with these activities. Everyone can do the Student Exploration: Magnetism packet; however, if you would like a challenge, I would like you to do the Magnetic Induction packet instead.
You will have two days to complete your packet, and if you finish the first, my expectation is that you start the second. These packets will be due on THURSDAY!
Below are directions for how to get onto the EXPLORE LEARNING website. I will also walk you through it in class.

How to GIZMO!
1. Go to the Explore Learning site.
2. In the upper, right hand corner click on "Enroll in a Class."
3. Enter your hour's class code: (Copy and paste!)

How to GIZMO!
1. Go to the Explore Learning site.

4. Click "continue."
5. Click on the GREEN bar that says "I need to create an Explore Learning account."
6. Type in your first and last name. You DO NOT need an e-mail. Also type in your SCHOOL USERNAME AND PASSWORD!
7. Click "continue."
8. Choose your packet's gizmo and click "Launch Gizmo."
9. Complete your packet and turn into Mrs. Loehe by THURSDAY, 2/27!
